This is the cleanest med spa I have been in to! Everyone was so nice when I arrived for my appointment & super friendly. My nurse, Kelsey was amazing! She answered all the questions I had about Botox and made me feel very comfortable. She took her time and I never felt rushed. I noticed a HUGE difference in the wrinkles on my forehead not even 3 days later and by day 6 they were completely gone!! The whole experience was 10/10, I can’t wait to go back for my next treatment.

Franklin: Jessica, Jessica, Jessica! What can I say?! This woman had been taking care of my skin as if my face was her own. I can ask as many questions as I want, I am not pressured, and she doesn’t talk down to you or at you. You truly are getting education on your skin, skin treatment and you get homework. She will advise you on what works best for YOUR skin. Spa facial and hydra facial… WOW! The Gunk container…. Oh my goodness! I loved seeing all the stuff sucked out of my skin and in that thing. Relaxing, professional, fun, educational and great service. I can’t say enough good things. Okay let’s see Jess is also my laser hair removal guru! LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE! H2T had a holiday special during the month of December and oh yes I purchased a package then, booked myself my treatments as recommended apart from each other and will be hair free before bikini season! Kelsey – this nurse let me tell you… She is so cute too! Her enthusiasm in my treatment was hilarious!! She took before and after pictures, and because this staff has made me feel like family I didn’t mind and had them all come in the room and share my “reveal.” Their reactions were so genuine and made me feel truly beautiful. Ashley and Angela I see often also – amazing people! So helpful, such beautiful people, and so eager to assist you with anything. I have never felt pressured and probably kept each one of them late just chatting because they were all so kind… sorry to their bosses!! H2T Franklin you are all so lovely and I am so happy to be so comfortable in continuing my skin care and body care treatments with people who are so passionate about what they do!! 💕💕

The staff & atmosphere is so incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Getting a first time treatment, Kelsey was so informative, comforting, most importantly amazing at what she does. She achieved exactly what I was looking for. Would 100/100 recommend anyone over HT2 in Franklin, MA.

I have had two out of my three appointments so far for hair restoration. Everyone that I have come in contact with is just amazing! You get nicely greeted when I walk in and then Kelsey and Matt have done a fantastic job on my treatment. Can’t wait to see the results!

I had such a wonderful experience with the owner Matt and Kelsey . I had a new state of the art treatment of Plasma Age Jet. I would highly recommend! I also stopped in and was Assisted by Ashley and Angela on the perfect skin care products. I love the line ZO skin care products! The new Med Spa is beautiful!!
