I had my very first hydrafacial with Victoria at the Franklin office and it was a 5 star experience! I recently overused a product that damaged my skin and started to develop some anxiety over skin care products. Victoria explained every step and every single product she was using on me and what it will do for my skin. Not only did I leave with my skin feeling amazingly smooth and clean but I also left with new knowledge and less anxiety about new products going on my skin. She went in depth about my skin type and treatment plan using Visia Skin analysis (I think that’s what the machine is). Will 100% be adding in facials with Victoria to my skin regimen! Everyone I met was extremely friendly and professional, I couldn’t recommend this place enough!
